Go beyond the frame, little Building World! - Our new items 2024
We can finally share them with you: Our GRIMM'S new items 2024. Following on from our Play Worlds from spring 2023, we are now introducing our new Building Worlds, which bring creative building and imaginative play even closer together. Step by step, we are continuing on our path, full of conviction and enthusiasm for free play ... Are you coming with us?
Our Building Worlds are a mixture of our small-format Building Sets and our Play Worlds, making them particularly versatile. They are perfectly incomplete because they invite you to add your own imagination, create worlds and play freely with them. Those who play freely learn to push the boundaries and are ready for a life full of creative solutions.
And that's what our 2024 innovations are all about: frame breaking! They are made to outgrow themselves, to push boundaries and to keep discovering new and surprising things in the old. In children's hands, they are filled with life and new fantastic worlds are created.
Castles in the air?
Our Building Worlds are thematically linked by the element of air. Each individual Building World deals with a wonder of our world that is created in connection with air. Internally, we therefore affectionately call them our castles in the air <3
Building World Desert Sand
When the layers of air overlap in the vastness of the desert, mirages create the impressive phenomenon of the fata morgana. What seemed to be there is suddenly gone, how can that be? Rich yellow, orange and red tones mixed with natural wood give the Building World Desert Sand a deep warmth.
Mix & match tip: Combine Building World Desert Sand with our colour worlds basic colours, rainbow and nature.
Building World Cloud Play
Clouds are formed when evaporated water rises with the air and condenses there. Their incredible lightness can only be guessed at. The pastel shades of Building World Cloud Play reflect this lightness and lend the solid wood a harmonious delicacy.
Mix & match tip: Combine Building World Cloud Play with our pastel, natural and monochrome colour worlds.
Building World Polar Light
Polar Lights are created by a collision of charged particles from the sun and guest particles in the air. They adorn the sky as colourful veils and dance as if by magic. The cool nuances of blue and white lend the Building World Polar Light an icy and fairytale-like appearance.
Mix & match tip: Combine the Building World Polar Light with our primary colours, rainbow and neon colour worlds.
Pastel Duo
Although the Pastel Duo is not part of our Building Worlds, it is a new addition to our light and airy pastel world.
The Pastel Duo provides beautiful building material in two basic geometric shapes - all in two versions. The triangles in the two different types of wood, alder and lime, and the pastel-coloured rectangular building elements harmonise wonderfully with their contrasts.
The Pastel Duo therefore not only perfectly complements the building materials in our pastel series, but also invites you to sort by the same colours and shapes and discover many other play options.

What's new?
Building material + play figures = Building World
Our Building Worlds are further developed hybrids of our small Building Sets and our Play Worlds. By including a wide variety of building materials as well as play figures, they directly combine two of our favourite things: creative building and free play.
Movable doors
Each Building World contains two archways with small holes to which the doors can be attached with a string. Attached to these, they can be opened and closed as desired and ensure lively play. A simple little feature that will delight children.
Perfect addition
The Building Worlds are stackable with our other small square Building Sets and can be combined particularly well with our play materials in basic and rainbow colours. This means that they are not only an ideal addition to our existing range, but are also ideal starter products that can then be combined with other products.

As free play is not just a child's pastime, but has enormous potential for life as a whole, it is important to us to bring the big world into the small children's room and make it comprehensible. Thematically, our Building Worlds therefore pick up the children with the wonders of our world and take them on a journey to the desert, to the polar circle, up to the clouds ...
Hello Pastello
Pastel is great, not only we think so, but also many of you out there, which is why our popular pastel colour world continues to grow. Lots of new building elements provide ever new possibilities for building and creating.
