The term "shipping costs" includes the costs for postage, packaging and logistics. The shipping costs include the statutory VAT and depend on the type and nature of the product. Please note that individual products may be subject to individual shipping costs. You can find an overview of the possible shipping costs here. The exact amount is displayed in the shopping cart or in the checkout area.
Shipping costs within Germany
Free standard shipping from an "order total" / "invoice value" of 80 € within Germany.
Below that only: 3,95 EUR.
Delivery time: 3-5 working days (for immediately available items from order)
International Shipping
Delivery time: 1-2 weeks (for immediately available items from order)
Free standard shipping from order total / invoice value of EUR 80, below EUR 6.90.
Free standard shipping from order total / invoice value of EUR 150, below EUR 9.90.
Standard shipping 14.90 EUR.
Standard shipping 19,90 EUR.
Standard shipping 24,90 EUR.
We do not ship outside the European Union.

You can return any products you have purchased directly at GRIMM’S webshop as long as they are un-opened, in the original packaging and within 30-days from the date we shipped your order.
When we receive your return, if it meets our return policy, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Refund will be for the item only and excludes any shipping. If the item was originally shipped as part of a Free Freight offer, and the return would invalidate the original offer, the refund will be reduced by the amount of the freight that would have been payable.
