I received them as a gift and don't know who gave them to me, so I can't ask you to replace them.
If you still have the packaging, you will find a sticker on it with the batch number of the affected items. Batches with the numbers 191101 - 200414 are affected, all others are harmless. If in doubt, remove the tweezers from your child's environment as a precaution and you will receive a replacement.
